The trainee program with a difference

Have you completed a university course of study? Are you interested in a profession which will test your leadership skills? Then ask us about our Young People Program.

Our Young People Program lasts 18 months and is far more than a conventional trainee program. You will extend your knowledge and broaden your leadership skills in a wide range of seminars on management and special topics. At the same time you will gain insight on business units and local country sites within our company – a key requirement for later assuming leadership tasks and responsibilities.

There is more to the program than just that. You can select the projects you take part in yourself and test your capabilities at various company locations, both in your home country and overseas. This gives you new and wider scope for action and allows us to assess what you are able to do.

What we expect:

• A very good academic record in the fields of Engineering, Business Engineering, Chemistry or Economics.

What we would like:

• an excellent grasp of the English language and knowledge of a second foreign language
• practical experience abroad
• social and intercultural skills
• a probing mind
• the ability and willingness to work hard.
